Anton Ghiga is one of the Managing Partners at Mindustries – the East European partner of PI Worldwide. He developed projects and activities with successful companies such as Metro, Flanco, Vodafone, UniCredit Bank, Ministry of Justice and Rompetrol as a trainer and a consultant.
With respect to his professional activity so far, he fulfilled different positions from Project Manager Infotainment – Marketing at MobiFon SA – Vodafone, Sales Training Specialist, Training Specialist – Customer Operations and Customer Service Representative – Customer Operations and Advertising Assistant Marketing at MobiFon S.A .
Anton Ghiga has a graduation degree from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest. He also graduated various training and development courses in Marketing and Mass-Media Management, Training Practice & Techniques at Seneca College. In 2005 he was certified as a Predictive Index Analyst and in 2008, as a professional trainer in Situational Leadership Program.


Cristian Ghera is CEO at Smart Plus Solutions, Romania and also a Managing Partner at Mindustries. He also participated in developing projects and activities with companies such as Metro, Flanco, Vodafone, UniCredit Bank, Ministry of Justice and Rompetrol as a trainer and a consultant.
With respect to his professional activity so far, he fulfilled different positions such as: Sales Manager at Rompetrol Group and Comercial Manager at PlanOil Industries. Cristian Ghera graduated from the National School of Political Science and Public Administration and has a degree in Administrative Sciences and European Integration, an Executive MBA, communication and public relationships. He also became certified as a trainer in Situational Leadership Program and analyst in Predictive Index.
According to him, he stated that: “Looking back on everything we did, on the thousands of people trained, the companies we helped and the projects we finalized, I truly believe that people are beautiful and that Mindustries’ mission is to make them shine. I love everything I’m doing: from daily meetings to training, people into sales, management, leadership, HR or customer service. But the moment I love the most is when seeing people that have reached the desired results. Nothing beats achievement! That’s when people shine!
His research interest lies in History, human resources, security and foreign policy issues.


Viorel Stoiean is a business leader with experience in complex, transnational environments, having constant focus on creating enthusiastically satisfied customers while fostering the importance of continuous development of the human capital, vital for achieving and exceeding the expected level of revenues.
With respect to his education, he has an Executive Master of Business Administration at ASEBUSS and a graduation degree in Economics from West Univeristy of Timisoara.
During his carrer so far, he occupied other positions such as: Head of Operations – Romania at Starbucks Coffee Company and the National Sales Manager at Baxi Romania that made him acquire and develop new skills in Business Strategy, New Business Development, Project Management, Analysis, Income Statement, Process Improvement, Profit, Merchandising, Franchising, Operations Management, P&L Management, Team Management, Management Consulting, etc.
Consultant and trainier at Mindustries and Managing Partner at Runvalue, Viorel is recomanded by the president of Runvalue as an „ Excellent area manager with very high integrity and professionalism for Starbucks Romania due to his expertise, sense of urgency, focus and dedication that was a foundation for the successful opening and continued operation of Starbucks Romania”. He posseses excellent management and training skills that helps develop and enlarge Mindustries mission.


Laura Vrabie is CEO at Business Edge, Romania and a consultant at Mindustries. She participated alongside with Cristian Ghera and Anton Ghiga in developing projects and activities with companies such as Metro, Flanco, Vodafone, UniCredit Bank, Ministry of Justice and Rompetrol as a trainer and a consultant.
Her career is primordialy based on the activity of training in customer service and sales domains in Connex- Vodafone and sales management while working as a Business Development Manager la Vodafone Romania.
She has a graduation degree in Jurnalism and she became certified as a trainer in Situational Leadership Program ( in San Diego 2010)  and as analyst in Predictive Index (2009), in Training Practice & Techniques from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology Onatario, Canada and a professional trainer in Achieving Extraordinary Customer Relations (Kaset International)
Performing as a consultant, she implemented plenty of HR and sales management projects that involved including activities such as: selection, promotion, assesment centers, developing centers, talent management academies, performance management.  She prides herself of being practical (relying on concrete things she experienced and tested – a perfect example : her carrer) in most of the training programs she delivers.

Laura Ionescu Office Manager at Mindustries since 2008 has helped the company by supporting and performing different kind of activities such as registering and distributing the files, receiving mails from the partners ,the customers and others employees, redacting the business mail required for the daily activities, making sure of sending the required documents trough post, mail, fax, e-mail, making the hotel bookings for our extern partners, to assure the administrative support for all departments of the company.
She has graduated the Faculty of Psychology and has worked at the beginning of her career in a kindergartner, as a German teacher. Her passion for people and helping the others improve themselves matched perfectly with the main objective of the company to: “Make people shine”.


Crina Panturu is the Office Assistant. She has recently graduated from the Faculty of Foregin Languages, University of Bucharest and she is now involved in a Master Programe „Communication and European Governance”, organized by the National School of Political Science and Public Administration.
During her years of study, she performed an extended internship at European Project Consulting – one of Mindustries business partner, working as a translator for internal issues and helping the team in implementing European Projects funded. She states that : “One of the main challenges so far regarding my career was when I participated in the implementation of one European Project: D.A.I.R. S in collaboration with AJOFM Ialomita, as a fellow intern that had the opportunity to help the trainers and organize sessions of examinations after the training programs have been fulfilled by the participants. That was the moment when I discovered that I really enjoy working with people.”
Volunteer at AISEC, member of International Internship Area and a co- Team Leader of Quality Management Area, Bucharest, Crina had the responsibility to organize and create promotional materials, different events, and conferences for all the foreign trainers coming to Bucharest to work.
